WMPF Sponsored Seminar
The March 20 and April 10 evening programs of the 2014 Land Use Training Institute will be held
at Pace University’s centrally located Lubin Graduate center, One Martine Avenue in downtown
White Plains. The May 21 program will be held at Pace University School of Law, 78 North
Broadway in White Plains.
Each evening will feature topics of interest to planning, zoning, conservation and design review
boards. The May 21 session (eligible for CLE credit) will focus on land use legal issues.
The Planning Federation will issue a Certificate of Completion for program participants who
attend. Subject to confirmation by your municipality, The March 20 and April 10 seminars earn
2-credit hours towards the New York State annual 4-hour minimum training requirement for
Planning and Zoning Board members. The May 21 seminar earns 3-credit hours.
